Celebrating 80 Years of Dance
For 80 years, Betty Hayes School of Dance has been creating memories, inspiring dancers, and sharing the joy of dance with generations of families throughout Southwest Wisconsin and beyond. What began as a passion for dance has grown into a lasting legacy built on exceptional instruction, meaningful friendships, and the magic of performing on stage.
As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we invite dancers of all ages to be part of our final season of dance. Classes are offered in Avoca, WI for school-aged children, adults, and Betty Hayes alumni in a variety of styles.

Classes we offer
Betty Hayes School of Dance offers classes ranging from ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop while also offering classes for adults and alumni!

- Fawn Jerryson, 30 years experience teaching performing arts nationally and internationally, taught Dance at Mahidol University in Thailand 1 year, and the University of Wisconsin - Richland Center, both for the continuing education program and the UW Richland summer foreign exchange program with students from Tokyo, Japan. Jerryson owned the Footwork by Fawn School of Dance in Mazomanie, WI and served full-time for 11 years on the dance faculty at the renowned Betty Hayes School of Dance in Avoca, WI.
